All-purpose shadow brush. I recommend grabbing a high quality brush for your makeup, although you don't necessarily need a brush made specifically for it. If you're pressed for money, going for a regular art brush might suit you just as well. Just make sure you grab one that's not going to irritate your face, and isn't going to shed bristles everywhere.
