This fat free Greek yogurt packs an impressive 13g of protein, and only 80 calories. It's soooo good with mixed berries!

My favorite brand of Greek yogurt...actually probably yogurt in general. It's nonfat, unsweetened, Greek-style yogurt that is amazing with honey, or fruit, or cereal...or any combination of those. Sometimes I use it instead of milk with my cereal because it's more filling. It's also only 90 calories for one of the single serving cups, which makes a great and substantial snack.

This is the Stuff. Lower Calorie than the 2% fat, Great small size that is unsweetened but it is such a good base for whatever you want to add. My personal favorite is honey, nuts (walnuts,macadamia whatever,) dried Cranberries, some sliced bananas, uncooked oatmeal (just a sprinkle or two for a little texture) . Such a filling breakfast. I even make it up for dessert or snack. Comes in larger quarts or these individual ones. Yay for Fage
