This is the best Rooibos I have ever tried! Even if you aren't really a tea drinker, this tastes amazing - I even drink it without sweetener!
A little bit of health info:
• It is caffeine free and very low tannin: can be drunk all day, including right before bed
• Has a soothing effect on the nervous system: good for anxiousness, ADD & ADHD
• It has calming effect when applied directly on the skin: good for diaper rash, eczema and even acne!
• It helps settle the stomach: great for ulcers, babies with colic, heartburn, nausea and morning sickness
• Zero Calories: great for diets for losing weight and diabetes restricted diets
• Rooibos contains no oxalic acid: can be drunk freely by people suffering from kidney stones
