Something different, useful and decorative all at the same time! It breaks my heart as they aren't available in the US yet.

While these should be used sparingly to avoid looking tacky (from the inside and out), they're a great solution to today's condos that may not have a lot of floor space, but have an abundance of windows.

Windowherbs by Dutch designers Tineke Beunders and Nathan Wierink of ZO design are a really cool new take on traditional windowsill herb gardening. Windowherbs are ready-to-grow, transparent, half-sided herb pots that come with suction cups on one side so they can stick to your window. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any vendors in the USA... yet, but let us know in the comments if you come across them. Very clever idea. (via The Green Head)
