This book tells you to eat 5 times a day and workout 25 min. a day. And, you even get an eating cheat day once a week. Wow, a book that makes sense and you get to eat on top of it. Hey if it works for Eva Mendez, where do I sign up?! Seriously, this is a great book, easy lifestyle changes to follow and most importantly, you will get the desired results. This is not rocket science people. I wish there was a magic pill we could all take and look wonderful. However, the big magic secret that the diet pill companies don't want you to know is that there is no magic pill. In order to look your best and be at a weight that is healthy for you need to eat (and eat healthy food not crap). You also need to exercise. Oh, and not just exercise, but be consistent in your exercise. That is it! No wonder pill, no magic wand. However, the great news is that Harley gives you the road map to follow to achieve your goals.

You're right , there is no magic solution to weight loss. This sounds like a good book.
