It's a passport cover that looks like a passport. Get it? Still kind of cool, and the colors are rich and potentially preferable to the drab navy that most US passport holders are forced to put up with. And if you travel a lot, your passport does stand to get worked over a little bit. This is a decent way of keeping it in good condition.
