This is by far the most high tech balance board I've seen. I haven't gotten to try one out, but it's definitely on my "to do" list. Like other balance boards, it is great for balance, stability, coordination, and core muscle training.
It comes with a remote and 4 different program settings. It plugs into AC outlets and supports up to 250 lbs.
I'm very excited about this gadget.
