Barbies made into modern jewelry. I'd seen these works online before and absolutely loved them. Eyes made into bracelets, legs into necklaces, all these body parts made into something completely different by using them as repeating designs in this jewelry/art.
These are more expensive than the usual Etsy offering, but even if you just take a look at them, it is worth the click on the link.
