So, once upon a time ago there was this CSI:Miami episode that featured tupelo honey as an integral part of the plot. (yes, i watch csi:miami occasionally) I had never had tupelo honey before then, I hunted some down (okay, I ordered some online). It's good! It was good with cheese, but better on toast by itself (i could live on honey toast though).

I've wanted to try some ever since the Van Morrison song. Is it really so very sweet?
