i actually just watched this the other night and its still as magical as it was when i was a child. fair warning: its a musical

A true classic no matter what. With Rex Harrison and Julie Andrews, this cd is terrific. Both embody their characters so well and Julie Andrews' voice is one of the best. I just saw it come through L.A. about a month ago and despite no Julie Andrews it's still a wonderful musical to see.

I am sad to say that I do not own this movie (at least for now)... but I've seen it more than a few times, naturally. One of my favorite musicals of all time and my favorite actress? It really doesn't get much better than this. Audrey does the rags-to-riches transformation better than anyone...

I've been watching this movie since I was little and I absolutely love it! It's one of my favourites. It's the movie that introduced me to the fabulous Audrey Hepburn and I still can't get enough!

Yes, I know everything that's horrible about this movie - calm down, ladies. I'm not saying you should show it to your youngest daughter during her formative years, so she strives to meet a man like Henry Higgins who will emotionally abuse her while trying to change her whole personality until she's worthy of him - though I saw it and I'm just fine - I'm just saying I like the dresses in the Ascot Race scene and Audrey Hepburn is surprisingly funny. And it's pretty and the love story is sweet! OK? It is!
