I use this all the time. I could function without it, but it makes prep work go much faster.

While it's sometimes a pain to pull my Cuisinart out of the cabinet, the versatility (not to mention time savings) of its multiple functions make it worth more what I paid for it over 10 years ago. Salad dressings are a snap to make (I make a double batch and refrigerate the rest for later). Slicing and shredding become fun tasks. I bought the entire collection of slicing and shredding disks and have never regretted it.

I've wanted one for years, and finally splurged - I wish I had bought this years ago. It's an investment, but it makes cooking so much easier and it opens your world up to so many new foods you can make! I love it, probably my favorite kitchen appliance now...

Great compact food processor. It looks sleek and works well. If you have a small kitchen, it's great because it doesn't take much space.

This is the shit. The powerful motor will quickly chop and puree any food. It's a perfect match with my stainless steel Cuisinart ice cream maker. Salsa, creamy soups, breadcrumbs, anything you want chopped up chunky or smooth, this is the machine to get.
