The winter season is upon us. Nothing makes me happier than making my mom's potato soup each season. What I dislike.....peeling all those potatoes.
That was until last year when I got this along with a bunch of other kitchen gadgets. It quickly was named my favorite.
What took half an hour, now takes 10 minutes. In fact, it actually makes it fun. Every time I use it, I marvel at how quickly it makes things go.
Carrots are done in almost no time at all.
