As you know I have Arthritis,and a few sports injuries. constant pain.I have tried just about everything.At times I cant even pick up a coffee cup,the pain shoots up my arm, & my wrist just cant hold it.I wrap one of these around it and the next morning the pain is gone and the wrist works again.I SWEAR by these little bracelets.I think its because they wrap onto the wrist,so giving it complete contact at all times ,unlike other bracelets which swing freely .You can use these on your legs,neck (which I do Often) and arms .Seriously you have to try these and they are cheap as chips.For best results you must drink 2 litres of water,While wearing them .I know you will find these helpful.I have even used them on my arthritic dog .cheers (via Amazon Rain Beauty)
