I've never made a frittata, but maybe if I had this pan I would. The pan is designed so you can flip a frittata without having to invert it onto a plate and transfer it back to the pan.

Somethings are just too difficult to master in the kitchen without a little help. Calphalon has come up with a nonstick frittata pan that is really two pans interlocked together so when it's time to flip, all you have to do is turn the pan over! Brilliant!!!
