  When I was young, my stepmother told me that one day I would understand the need to always wear eyeliner. Eyeliner is one of those things I skipped in middle school, only did occasionally in high school and then, by the time I hit college, I began to see why. Now I can't leave the house without it. I'll line my eyes in the car, I'll line them after I cry at movie...I look weird to myself without it now. My favorite eye liner is the navy blue one from clinque, glides on and stays.

  Hands down, this is the best eyeliner on the market. Soft tip and goes on very smooth. Looks great with Clinique High Impact Mascara.

  This is the easiest eye liner to put on when you're in a rush. It glides on and has a smudge sponge on the other end if you want to do a smokey or smooth effect
