Create your own music box melodies with this set. Comes with 3 paper strips (enough for 3 songs), the music box, and an instruction book that includes directions on how to make a "Happy Birthday" melody. Very fun gift for kids to play and create with.

This DIY music box is wonderfully simple and inexpensive. Perfect for anyone who would like to do anything musical. You simply use the included hole punch to punch out holes on the paper strip (which is conveniently marked with a music staff) - the holes become the notes that the music box will play. Refills of the paper strips are also available.
The range of the music box is 2 octaves (C-C), and is only the diatonic scale of C (i.e. the music box won't play any "black keys").
