Rubiglo (along with Indian Earth) was one of the original all-purpose loose powder cosmetics. As with Indian Earth, Rubiglo comes in urns reminescent of pottery that are plugged with corks.

Rubiglo comes in the following shades: Nearly Earth, Earth (great to warm up a pallid winter complexion), Plum, Coral, and Rose. Earth (shown) is best for women with dark reddish skintones.

Careful! These urns topple, spilling the contents. To use, rub your brush on the cork. Be sure to tap off excess.

If you're a purist, you won't appreciate that Rubiglo contains talc (which IMO gets a bad rap) and parabens.
