After some preference fiddling, it's tiny and functional. A joy.

My son and husband find this little bird to have some serious air time...on IM that is. My husband got a little frustrated setting up his preferences but taking the time to read the support q&a helped. Anyone on Mac OS X will love it.

it's not perfect but it's what i use. when you have a geographically dispersed 'office' that communicates primarily through various flavors of IM, and you use a mac, then adium rocks. (via saintofspade)

Amazing mac client that allows you to be signed on under multiple screen names at a time. Very easy to use, and has an adorable little duck icon.

this is such a great solution to having too many IM screen names. It allows you to be on all 5478 screen names at one time, and best of all it's FREE... my favorite 4-letter word!! (via a guy at bestbuy)

Who doesn't like macs? Who doesn't like having one client that will manage all of your various messenger/chat accounts in one place? If these are two of your loves, then Adium is for you.
