I know that EQ2 (everquest) has been around for quite some time, and I'm a "late bloomer" but ever since I got first hooked on World of Warcraft recently I've been trying other mmo games lately and with a few recommendations jumped into the Everquest 2 game too. It took all of 2 nights ot messing around with it to hook me on that one too.

Although I wouldn't make any serious comparisons between Wow and EQ, the one thing I can say is although I still love my wow game and continue to play, EQ2 has its draw in a different way. Its depth and number of characters and classes you can play is almost overwhelming and if you're the type to get into not only the battle side of mmo gaming but the socializing and crafting, this is probably at the very least, a game you should try! :D
