Three things made Survival Island enjoyable: 1) My expectations were low; 2) the story and acting were surprisingly believable; 3) all the money they spent on the script and the babelicious Kelly Brook apparently left them with an exceedingly small wardrobe budget.

Seriously, it's not a great movie. But if you enjoy Survivor the TV series, you might enjoy this too.
