I have been looking for LOTS of the unfinished version of the mirrors for a good price for a VERY L-O-N-G time. Unfortunately, they are NOT available @ the IkeaUS.com site and my city is FAR away from a store (Buffalo, NY). As a well-rounded crafter, I took your idea a bit further - by embellishing with several different media [paint; stains; decorative art papers; polymer clay etc.,,, in order to end up with endless version possibilities. These materials will help to convert them from a mirrors > frames {for both walls & tabletops} additionally! I have a gut feeling that shipping will be quite expensive - even if I use the absolute LEAST expensive transportation & packaging! However, I was disabled by a work injury as a Special Ed. teacher several years ago & MUST endevour to keep our monthly costs down.

So, loft3, if you have suggestions, I would GR8TLY appreciate any. I may also post a similar request or recommendation under your thread (as that is what I should do, right?) as you were the 1st poster. At any rate, thanks again for your trouble, time and recommendation! Kat
