The Moosewood is the sine qua non of vegetarian cookbooks. Sure, the recipes are a tad earthy crunchy, but there are classics in here that will satisfy even the staunchest carnivore.

I love the original Moosewood Cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and always turn out well. They also have the added benefit of being fairly healthy and inexpensive to make.

This is a classic - been around since 1977!! This is a source book for most of the vegetarian recipe out there. Should be in anyone's recipe library. Cute drawings too.
