I've lost a lot of weight this year (like 25+ pounds) and it was in large part to protein and fiber bars. I love the GNU bars because they give you like 50% of your daily fiber for 170 calories. I have one of these day and I keep them in my car, my office, my home office, my backpack, and my nightstand.

These bars are packed with 1/2 your daily fiber needs. I haven't tasted them, but the flavors sound good and filling. For $1.99 per bar they better be!
