Ok, so apparently you inhale the aromatherapy-ness from these pouches (2 in each package) and they naturally help calm and quiet your mind and ease you into sleep. Just make sure you're really concentrating on getting sleepy when you're using them. They're made from 100% organic essential valerian, lavendar, and hops essential oils. Stay away from those sleeping pills because they may screw up your sleep cycle altogether. The natural appraoch is always better, in my opinion.
