It's not just a matter of semantics - clippers and trimmers are two different beasts in the beard world. Whether you're going for the fine-cut Guido Goatee or the hairier Hemingway, trimming is the way to go in the name of maintenance. While Wahl makes great clippers for necklines and sideburns, they will make your cheeks baby bald if you don't watch out. This (nearly) mistake-proof specialized beard and 'stache trimmer gets high marks from the hirsute.
