I have just found one of the most comfortable and adjustable chairs. This chair was adjustable for me 5'3" to be very comfortable and for my husband 6'2" to be very comfortable. There are adjustments for seat height, seat tilt, and the seat slides from front to back to position your seat in relation to the back for more comfort, especially if you have long legs. The arms are adjustable, they not only go up and down, the go from side to side, so you can position the rests correctly for your size. The back is also adjustable and there is a headrest that can be moved up and down for different seating positions. This is a great chair to have, especially if you spend a lot of time at your desk.
