Nothing beats a perfect orange on a hot summer day. I prefer navels to Valencia because of the ease of peeling them. That’s why they call valencia’s “juice oranges”. Oranges are a great source of vitamin C which you can’t get too much of. When picking an orange ignore the color of the peel and scars and go for the weight. The denser the orange the juicier it is.
