Dont expect any help from www.airdesks.com when you purchase their product and in 2 years or less need replacement parts because the original part had default and cracked. So, you fork out more bucks and buy the replacement part. Only now, the replacement part is slightly different and DONT WORK properly on your air desk that you originally paid $170 plus shipping. One person runs the whole thing. President, customer support, engineer. What a BUTT HEAD, all he does is argue with you, no help what-so-ever! Shove your airdesk.com. you insensitive, incompetent, impotent, piece of carcass!

I've had mine since 2005, used it everyday, drag it from room to room without an issue! It's held up beautifully, arms articulate nicely. I consider it a fantastic investment and am updating it today with a bigger tray to fit my monster 17" laptop. I broke one of the slide on trays a few years ago and had no problem getting it replaced through customer service (email). We have another $59 rolling laptop tray we picked up at office depot that while it is sturdier and has wheels doesn't get low enough to sit on he couch and work comfortably and the leg doesn't slide under the furniture the way Airdesk does.... If you want to LEAN on it, I can see why the $59 Office Depot cart would be an improvement, but to sit in just about any position and use a laptop as most folks would, this stand is EXCELLENT. b.ontask@gmail.com

Do not buy this. I cannot understand why there is any positive feedback on this item. It was shipped in a box with everything just thrown in there and not protected. One shelf cracked during assembly. The other 2 shelves are warped. The whole thing looks cheap. I do not trust it to hold any laptop.
