This dress makes me feel like a candy striper again and for that I'm grateful that Urban came out with such a cute, youthful dress. Light cotton dress with a striped tieback belt at the empire waist. Subtle pleating through the skirt with a colorblocked hem. Finished with smocking at the back for a sure fit
