These Bose headphones are much swankier than the ones that come with the iPod, or any other run-of-the-mill MP3 player. You'll be amazed at how different your music sounds when listening to it through these, plus they really match the black iPod & nano really well. Style, sound, and Bose ... the triple threat. I've been surprised it's taken this long for Bose to come out with ear phones for the ipod. For a company known for speaker innovation, they were pretty slow. I've heard they're quite good, better than the others. I'm too in love with my Etymotics to change, but if they break or disappear, I definitely would try these. I have Bose products and they're excellent.
