A longtime advocate for the environment, Gore presents a wide array of facts and information in a thoughtful and compelling way in 'An Inconvenient Truth'. This is a rallying cry to protect the earth we all share. We are all walking on thin ice.

Politics aside, everyone should watch this documentary on global warming. And it should be seen in every classroom.

In this very important, Oscar-winning film about climate change, former Vice President and environmental champion Al Gore provides a stunning amount of insight and factual information on just how close we are coming to the proverbial brink of it all.

I worry that there was so much hype around this film when it came out that it won't be looked at again seriously for a long time. In fact, as shown in the film, the time to be educated and act is now.

The warnings in this movie are far too legitimate. Anyone that cares about their and their kids' future needs to see this. It's great at compacting the discussion swirling around the global warming debate into one, easy-to-digest film.

I really believe this is a must-see movie. In fact, when the movie came out in 2006, I thought it was so important to help people see it, I donated $ and worked with others to get free tickets given away to theaters showing it in my home state (WI).

See it and get motivated (so you don't have to explain to your kids 25 years from now why you couldn't be bothered to see it.)

Even city-dwellers must have noticed that the summers are getting hotter, and the winters shorter. Al Gore explains why in this accessible documentary. He keeps the tone upbeat and positive - because there's still time if we act now.
