The Ironman World Championship is just a few days away. An athletic of remarkable masochism beginning on Saturday, October 11, 2008, the Ironman includes a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile (yes, that is marathon distance) run. Only a lucky 1,800 men and women actually get to attempt the race. Unfortunately, I don't think they will have much time to enjoy the scenery.

As a runner, who works out of the home, I don't get to wear a tie very often, but when I get the chance, this is the tie, I'd love to wear!

This one's great, too. Most hardcore athletes don't wear ties too often, this one's just right.

Swim, bike, run . . . work? Well, it’s what most of us have to do in order to pay for the next race, so why not remind everyone in the office that you are a triathlete!
