Cynthia Rowley sure knows how to lend her designer hand at low-end labels. Remember her stint designer for Target? It wasn't so bad, I bought a few things. Now she is taking on the cheapy cosmetics industry and designing for Avon. This is her super cute brush set and it will only cost you $15. (via InStyle)
