The cool new BlissLights Laser Wand ($100) is a portable laser gadget that projects a dazzling universe of stars right from the palm of your hand. It projects thousands of harmless pinpoint green laser light dots up to 150' away on walls, ceilings and floors. This fun Class II laser product uses a high diffraction efficiency digital holographic optical element to produce laser beams less than 1 mw (less power than typical classroom laser pointers), yet the light's overall 5mw power and 160° spread produces enough light to illuminate everything from the smallest rooms to the largest ballrooms. All that is great and all, but this just might be the ultimate cat toy ever made! (via Michael Kiely)
