Who ever said that you had to wear a little black dress for New Years Eve... was stupid. This ombre chiffon tie neck dress is absolutely fabulous and will make you stand out in that sea of black. Rock it with leggings and heels if you can't deal with all the skin.... otherwise put on your best fuck me pumps and dance the night away.
