The first two are Cardio based with light weights and a rubber band that is included.
The third workout is divided up to sections that will help you tone up.
Each workout is 30 minutes long.

I originally got this because I loved the transforming DVD, but now I like this one more. There are 2 cardio and toning 30-minute workouts. Both are awesome and involve weights and the band. This DVD also has three 5-minute workouts for legs, arms, and abs. You can do them separately or all together.
