This mezuzah is made by one of my favorite Israeli Judaica artists, Yossi Steinberg. If you like this mezuzah you'd probably like most of his works that are always distinctive and creative. This mezuzah is deocrated with a pomegranate, which is a symbol in Judaism of fertilty and new beginnings.
