The Grillworks

Description

You can argue gas versus charcoal all day long, but you know the only reason anyone uses a propane grill is because it's easier to maintain an even temperature and flame. But how does it taste? Which is exactly why a grill like The Grillworks is so appealing. The gigantic 46"x24" surface can be adjusted for height with a cast aluminum wheel, making the perfect cooking surface a simple matter of watching your flame.

I've never grilled over wood, but now that I have seen this best, I really, really want to give it a shot. Do I have the space for a grill this size? No, but don't think for a second that I will let that stop me. I also like that the channels are angled to catch the juices so they can be used for basting or sauces.

I'm a charcoal girl. I have, under duress, grilled on propane but it's just not the same. Every charcoal lover knows that charcoal doesn't behave the same every day (that's part of it's beauty). This grill gives you the taste of charcoal but also helps achieve the consistency of propane. With it's moveable grill it rises and falls to suit how your charcoal is doing that day.
