We have something in common if you haven't bought your NYE dress yet! Windsor has a variety to choose from and you can easily find something really nice for under 60.00. The one here is under $50 and it looks classy and sexy...this is one that I may wear, but I may choose a strapless number with the rhinestone straps, also from Windsor.

Love this dress, great looking.
It reminds me of my visit to Paris for some reason, very chic and simple, yet elegant and a playful design. And, I love black and white. I found some cool shoes to go with them, too.
White platforms--which I usually don't wear white shoes, but white platforms and my black Gucci bag would make this a clever outfit, yes? (via Your-Shoe-Store.com)
