I saw this in person over at Live! On Sunset yesterday and this is what Serena wore in her hair on Gossip Girl. I even tried it on and it is hot!!! Get more than one to really capture the look.

Gorgeous, different, and not at all expensive. This flowy necklace - somewhere between a scarf and chain mail - would make a great fall accessory.
