This seasonal beer has a light fruity taste and is made of local organic raw wheat. In addition, the brewery runs off of bio-diesel (and is actually in the process of changing their systems so they run off of all the excess by-products (like wood chips) they produce)), recycles its heat energy, uses energy-efficient lighting, and uses local sources and ingredients. Organic beer does not get better than this folks. Prost!
