I loved advent calendars when I was a kid, and this is a really sophisticated one for grown-ups. If only it was one of the advent calendars with chocolates behind the doors! (via Metropolitan Museum of Art)

Hi, I'm the artist! Glad that you like my advent calendar! My brother found your comment on line and forwarded it to me. I tried to get the Met to do chocolate, but there is some problem with warehousing "food." A new pop up advent calendar of the Cloisters Museum and Gardens that I did for them, is just out now for this Christmas. I have also done 8 advent calendars of scenes of Italy ( I live in Rome). If you are interested you can reach me at lauragrahamdesign@gmail.com Best regards, Laura
