from a group of young artists in Paris, these candles are made from imprints of real hands,,, burn for around three hours..hysterical...other hands in other colours available too!

I blogged about these hand gesture candles from Atelier WM in France and they received so much attention! I contacted the company and they will not be for sale until January 2009, but in the meantime, take a look at them. They were cast from real hands and include the 'heavy metal' symbol, "live long and prosper', "crossed fingers" and of course, flipping the bird.

Unnerving and intriguing is a hard combination to achieve, this one nails it. These modern-day Hands of Glory are a great gift for the hostess who has everything and a special treat for those Adam's Family fans (we know you're out there!). (via 121 homeguru)
