  I'm using this program right now to learn a couple of languages. You learn how to speak, read, and fully communicate through pictures and the written language itself in phonetic english or the actual language. It's so effective, I've turned my mother on to it and now she's learning how to speak and read spanish... I'm looking forward to using this program for all my language learning needs. My next language after I finish with Spanish is Japanese.

  Resolve to learn a new language in 2007. Rosetta Stone offers a very full, very rich program including a FREE online demo that beats most I've seen. You start learning immediately using the combination of pictures, spoken language and text...it's like you start thinking in your new language of choice very quickly. A++++++++

  A friend of mine used this software to learn Korean, and he really liked it. I've also heard good things from other people. As I get older, I find language more and more difficult to learn. I've been wishing that I'd learned to speak more languages when I was a kid. Maybe I'll try this out when I have some spare cash.
