Love this design...
Angela Adams has created a line of studio rugs that retain her signature relief and texture, but at a fraction of the cost. All rugs are hand tufted in India, and a super color saturated. Each rug is 100% wool and is fully backed. These are the answer to our need for a gorgeous modern rug at a reasonable price. (via Velocity Art & Design)

I have wanted an Angela Adams rug for years. After living through the Pottery Barn shag rug that shed more than three dogs ever could (we returned it), the "genuine" flokati that not only shed but picked up everything that passed by (I went nuts, dumped it on the porch, and gave it away on craigslist), I finally ordered this. It hasn't come yet but I cannot wait. The textures and undulations of the rug are just amazing. It's also a bit of a rebellion against the monochromatic color scheme enforced upon my living situation from my happily departed ex-fiance.
All Angela Adams rugs are handmade and more importantly Rugmark approved, so you know you are participating in fair trade and labor. This is a real concern with rugs (not to mention t-shirts, glassware, window coverings, and just about anything else mass-produced, but we're talking about rugs here).
