A bit less subtle than Jeff Koons' work in high-end kitsch, Kathryn Hennesy's "Happy Dwarf + Gun" plays a bit with copyright and a whole lot with multi-level irony. It's also less art than the kind of tchotchke Koons attempted to send up, since it's produced for purchase, but it's still going to look like art in your home.
