I actually used to own foam yoga blocks—which now reads like an environmental crime one step short of actually clubbing the baby seals. Needless to say, bamboo is slightly more of a renewable resource than—ahem—foam, so bamboo it is. Perfect for yoga aficionados—like me—who love to practice despite the reality of what appears to be a lifetime of tight hamstrings.
