This is a side project by Arctic Monkeys lead singer Alex Turner. I like what I've heard a lot so far (the CD drops May 6th in the US). If you are looking for the Arctic Monkeys sound, you are not going to find it here. It sounds to me like glam area Bowie with some spaghetti western type guitars! . That is not a bad thing. While that might sound like an odd combination it really is the best I can do to describe this. Needless to say I have already pre-ordered.
