At approximately $206 USD it's less costly than the Villa Sibi and almost as nice. They make cool modern clean birch furniture for it too!

Been awhile since I've come across a new modern dollhouse!

I can't believe anyone would pay $206 for a box. I think they sell shelves that look like this for $25.
