Truly Everyday Italian. Most of the recipes in this book can be prepared in just a few minutes. And the results are fabulous. Giada offers fantastic solutions to dinner dilemmas by providing simple, unfussy recipes. A must have for anyone.

I admit it. I have a straight girl crush on Giada. Can you blame me? There's an excellent recipe in here for hazelnut chocolate chip cookies, just remember to use unsalted butter though.

Great book for easy Italian dishes. I watched the show regularly and came across the book and had to pick it up. The recipes are easy and I still haven't found one that I haven't enjoyed making and eating. If your a fan of Italian food and don't want to spend a tremendous amount of time in the kitchen, then this book is a must have. (via mrswaz)
